Dining French-Hawaiian, eclectic Asian and traditional American cuisines are served in the five restaurants and beach café at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua.

The Anuenue Room
Chef Virgile Brandel showcases the islands' bounty Tuesday through Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m., in The Anuenue Room. Chef Brandel offers a Hawaiian approach to classic French cuisine.

The Terrace
Overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens and the azure Pacific Ocean, The Terrace restaurant offers the Plantation Buffet as well as à la carte specialties for breakfast. In the evening, The Terrace emphasizes fresh, local seafood; Hawaiian music and a hula dancer complement the romantic setting.

The Lobby Lounge and Library
Cocktails and pupu are served daily in The Lobby Lounge and Library. Both rooms overlook the Pacific Ocean and a Hawaiian duo entertains every evening from 5 to 7 p.m. An ideal whale watching site, December through March.

The Banyan Tree
With its panoramic views of Moloka'i and the Pailolo Channel, The Banyan Tree offers homage to the various influences to the Hawaiian culture with its "Eclectic Asian Cuisine with a Hawaiian Twist". Serving lunch Monday to Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., nightly dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Champagne Sunday Brunch 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The Beach House
More than 40 fully-grown coconut palms form a natural roof over the 73-seat beachfront Beach House and Bar. This beachside setting offers picturesque views of the white sand beach cove between rugged lava rock mounds jutting off into the sea and a great whale watching location, December through March.

The Pool Bar and Café
Enjoy refreshing beverages and cool tropical concoctions under the shade of The Pool Bar's canopy, located at the middle deck of our three-tiered pool. A delightful luncheon menu offers a variety of appetizing selections, available at the bar, the open-air café setting, or your poolside chaise lounge.

The Sushi Bar
Chef Norio Yamamoto hand rolls to order the freshest of sushi using traditional techniques. His artful bites can be enjoyed Thursday to Monday from 5 to 10 p.m.
