The Fiji group consists of more than 300 islands, spread over 1.3 million square kms (502,000 square miles) of ocean in the heart of the South Pacific.

The largest is Viti Levu, and on the Western side of this island lies Nadi (pronounced ‘Nandy’) International Airport, just six hours’ flying time south-west of Hawaii or four hours north-east of Sydney, Australia.

Temperatures range from 20-30 deg. C (70-90 deg. F). The warmest and most humid months are December to March. Qantas/Air Pacific and Air New Zealand are the main international air service
providers, each with non-stop flights between Los Angeles and Fiji.

Vatulele is 25 minutes by light aircraft from Nadi International Airport.
