Over 24,000 square feet of
conference and banquet facilities, including a 11,840 square
foot Ballroom (divisible into five sections) is available to
accommodate meetings and catered events up to 1,300 guests.
Eight meeting rooms are also available with dimensions from
420-780 square feet.
An executive style permanent boardroom with a balcony
overlooking the ocean is also available. Excellent outdoor
facilities are located either beach side, poolside or on the
Ballroom Terrace, with a panoramic oceanfront
view.

The hotel’s 12,000 square–foot Spa,
the largest and most sophisticated of its kind in Puerto Rico,
offers panoramic ocean views. The elegant marble and stone
bi-level building is also the setting for self-improvement
therapies, such as yoga, strength and fitness activities,
aerobics, and aqua-aerobics in the pool.
Upstairs, there are 11 treatment rooms for Spa and salon
services, including facials, massage, manicure, pedicure,
hydrotherapy and body wraps. Spa treatments are
custom-tailored to individual needs for daily or weekly
programs. Guests can also receive massages alongside the 7,200
square–foot outdoor swimming pool which overlooks the ocean.

Ritz-Kids spa services, a Ritz-Carlton first, introduces young

include "My first manicures, pedicures, facials and clothed
massages." A children's menu, featuring such favorites as
peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and ice cream sundaes, is
also offered.

city under the U.S. flag, featuring fascinating colonial
forts, churches, museums, art galleries, antique shops, outlet
stores, jewelers, cafes and restaurants (15 minutes); El
Yunque, the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. forest system
(45 minutes away); Plaza Las Americas, the largest shopping
mall in Latin America (15 minutes away); Condado, the island’s
fine dining and night life area (10 minutes); The Centro de
Bellas Artes, a theater with five stages presenting musicals,
concerts and operas (10 minutes); and the Casinos, concert
halls and acclaimed restaurants of metropolitan San Juan (2-10
minutes).
