Renowned Chef Orlando Satchell has created a world-class menu along with St. Lucian Head Chef Nigel Mitchel, who oversees Dasheene throughout the year.
Featuring what is perhaps the freshest food in the Caribbean, Dasheene's daily menu provides an excitingly delicious combination of fish caught that day, produce hand-picked that day, and other entrées and indulgences, all presented in a style of casual elegance.

Room Service available for all meals. Poolside snacks available throughout the day. A MAP (Modified American Plan), full lunch and dinner is available daily at US $65 (minimum of 3 day stay required). All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 8% government tax.

The suggested attire for dinners and cocktails at Dasheene is what we refer to as Tropical Chic. Ladies are asked to wear casually elegant attire and gentlemen are requested to wear long pants and collared shirts. Jackets are not required. No shorts. tank tops, or beach footwear in the evening thank you.
