The Abaco Club is the best course I've seen this year, anywhere." Lorne Rubenstein, Toronto Globe & Mail

"The golf course at The Abaco Club is being heralded as the world's first tropical links, a bold claim but one that is fulfilled. Indeed there is no course in the Caribbean quite like it. Without a doubt, the oceanfront closing will quickly take its place among the very best." Tom Dune, The Golfer

The architect, Scotland's Donald Steel, is the world's leading links architect, having built or redesigned over 100 courses around the world, many of them being seaside venues. Emphasis on top quality, based on technical and academic knowledge and attention to detail, combined with his philosophy of minimizing earth movement and blending a course layout into its natural surroundings are the hallmarks of his work.

The par 72 championship layout plays to a length of 7,183 yards. The finishing holes of our 'tropical links' course rest comfortably high atop a ridge overlooking the ocean. The 18th hole, a 553 yard par 5, plays alongside the ocean at elevations of 60 feet. It is destined to rank among the great finishing holes in golf.

An extensive world-class practice facility, teaching academy, and pro shop rounds out the exceptional golfing experience for members of The Abaco Club on Winding Bay.
